“It all started in this street. I fell into the pot very young, thanks to my parents who had opened their restaurant there. Before becoming the Carre d’Or, this neighbourhood was above all a symbol of Alsatian gastronomy, with institutions such as Frick-Lutz or Maison Nagel. My whole childhood is here.”
